![]() The DCOM user/password is te same in the server and the clients, we have read the Tech Note 461 and all seems OK. We don't understand this error message and don't find nothing about this in the Tech notes. When we create an object Platform in the GR (Galaxy) for a client, and we trie to deploy this platform we obtain the following error message: " Failed to deploy: Failed to get the bootstrap's version". The two network are integrated throw a firewall and router, this firewall is configured and the ports (tcp/udp) are open. The clients comunicate with the Galaxy (GR Server). Every client has the IntouchView and their platform (bootstrap) for the communication with de Galaxy Server. In the second network, we have the clients. We have the following problem: We have two network, in the first network we have the Galaxy Server (Application Server) and we have IAS objects deployeds. First, I'm not sure if this the correct place for these thread, if not sorry. Where possible, create isolated accounts using lowest privileges to accomplish minimum required tasks.
